Key responsibilities
The objective of the Head branch position is to implement the bank’s marketing strategy for achieving annual objectives on employment, resources, accounts, banking products and services via sound and profitable management. 
 
Training

3 or 4  years of post-secondary education and experience in banking
 
Skills required

  •  A good sense of marketing and strong drive for results
  •  Knowledge of financing 
  •  Good knowledge of banking and marketing techniques
  •  Mastery of banking transactions
